Flytech Engineering
Flytech Engineering was established in 1995 and is 100% owned by G.Sekar, who is basically a Mechanical Engineer and also has experience and exposure with a leading German manufacturer of extruders in the early 1990’s. His vision is to design and manufacture international Standard extrusion Machines of various capacities.
With decades of experience and a strong commitment to quality, we specialize in the design, development, and manufacturing of high-performance extrusion systems and auxiliary equipment that cater to diverse industrial applications.
Our expertise lies in delivering efficient, durable, and innovative solutions that meet the ever-growing demands of the plastic, polymer, chemical, and allied industries.
Flytech Engineering is the first company in INDIA to introduce a Segmented ( Both Barrel and Screw) Single Screw Extruder with Side Feeder for Polymer Processing. Flytech Engineering produces its own Twin Screw Co-rotating Gear Box and complete Extrusion system using 3D Software like Solid Edge and Solid Works, and with the latest Manufacturing techniques.
Flytech Engineering produced the first in INDIA Twin Screw Extruder with Side Feeder with Process wood Power with Polymer in 2003 for the Institute of Wood Science & Technology, Bangalore.
